We implemented radio frequency identification (RFID) tags since year 2007 for the Haj operations. They are used for attendance taking for classes, tracking of our pilgrims movement in & out of hotels, on board the bus, or taking their meals in the restaurants.
All of umrah & group tour passengers are issued a rfid name tag as their identification and also as a privilege card where they could get 5%-10% discounts from over 30 participating outlets all over Singapore.

We upgraded our phone systems to the latest IP/VOIP telephone technology during the 4th quarter of year 2007. Our tours & ticketing office has been phone-less since they are equipped with softphones software in their computers.
We are planning to expand the usage of softphone on our mobiles where we can make calls using wi-fi hotspots in the future.
Our staff have been issued with laptops for their daily use in the office and also at home. It is also easy for them to do presentations at their clients or passengers' places. So they are not restricted to work only in the office.
