Guide to DBS (Singapore) Internet Banking

1) Go to DBS Singapore website at www.dbs.com.sg. You should see the webpage as above.
2) Click onto the Internet Banking link on the top left menu (right).
3) You will need userId in order to use the service. For those who have not registered, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on How to get link (below).

4) You got two alternatives to apply for the Internet Banking. We recommend that you choose the first method that is getting your Internet Banking PIN at their ATMs.
5) After getting your PIN number, you can now use the Internet Banking service.
6) Go to the Internet Banking page and enter your UserID and PIN, then click submit
7) Click on to Payment Services.
8) Then click on the Bill Payment

9) When you come to the Bill Payment page, you got to click on the drop down button and choose SHAHIDAH TRAVEL AND TOURS
10) Please remember to click on the radio button on the left of the textbox in order for you to submit the form successfully.
11) After clicking the submit button, you will come to a page where you got to choose a DBS account to do a transfer. Under Consumer Reference No, you have to call our office (Rosila) and she will give you the receipt number.
12) Click on the Immediate Payment button and Click Submit.
13) You will then come to a transaction confirmation page and click OK. You may print the transaction for future reference.
